A Bit About Me...
From a young age, football was everything to me. I was lucky enough to turn that passion into a full-time career—but like many athletes, injuries eventually caught up with me. After a few seasons trying to push through, I had to accept that my body couldn’t keep up.
What I didn’t realise back then was just how much recovery mattered. Not just stretching, but knowing how to relieve tension and address the areas that hold you back.
That experience set me on a new path. I went to university to study Sports Therapy and focused on helping people recover, relieve tightness, and get their bodies moving better. Over the last decade, I’ve worked with athletes, sports teams, and active clients in clinics across Grays, Berkhamsted, and Harpenden — even collaborating with a top-level sports brand.
Now, in St Albans, I bring that experience into every sports massage session. My focus is simple: target the tension, reduce the restrictions, and help your body feel looser, freer, and more comfortable.
