My Journey to

Move Better. Feel Great.

 

Sport has always been a huge part of my life, with football being my first love. I worked my way through the academy system, eventually achieving my dream of playing professionally. But, as with many athletes, injuries had other plans. After a few seasons playing at a lower level, they ultimately forced me to hang up my boots.

That tough transition led me to a new path. My own experiences with injuries sparked a passion for understanding how the body moves and recovers, so I went on to earn a degree in Sports Therapy. Since then, I’ve gained specialist qualifications in human movement, corrective exercise, and functional training—giving me the tools to help others stay strong, mobile, and injury-free.

With over 10 years of experience in sports therapy, I’ve had the fortune to work with professional athletes, sports teams, and private clients at clinics in Grays, Berkhamsted, and Harpenden.  I’ve also had the opportunity to work with a well-known sports brand, further refining my approach.

Now, as I set up on my own in St Albans with MBFG, I’m bringing all that experience together to help people move better, recover faster, and perform at their best—whether they’re elite athletes or just looking to stay active and pain-free.
