My Journey to Moving Better
​
Sport has always been a huge part of my life, with football being my first love. I worked my way through the academy system, eventually achieving my dream of playing professionally. But, like many athletes, injuries had other plans. After a few seasons playing at a lower level, they eventually forced me to hang up my boots.
Looking back, I wish I had known then what I know now—how much the way we move impacts performance, recovery, and long-term resilience. That realisation sparked my passion for understanding movement and how to help others in similar position to where I was.
After football, I went on to earn a degree in Sports Therapy and have specialised further in human movement, corrective exercise, and functional training. Over the past 10+ years, I’ve helped professional athletes, sports teams, and private clients in clinics across Grays, Berkhamsted, and Harpenden, to address their movement restrictions and focus on moving better. I’ve also had the opportunity to work with a well-known sports brand, expanding my expertise even further.
Now, as I set up on my own in St Albans with MBFG, my focus is simple: helping people move better so they can perform, recover, or and live pain-free. Whether you’re pushing for peak performance or just want to feel good in your body again, I’m here to help you make movement work for you.
